To request a return, please send an email to xinxinstore002@gmail.com. We will then provide you with a return address and shipping label to ship the item back to us. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the item is not in the same condition as you received it, is unworn or unused, is missing a tag, or is not in its original packaging. Also, remember to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about returning a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and purchase the new item separately.
If you are shipping items to the EU, please note that you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without valid reason within 14 days. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if a refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
